The term “Small Business” varies widely, from a sole proprietor with $200k in revenue to a company with 200 employees and $25 million in sales. We work with companies in a variety of industries, including real estate and lending, manufacturing, professional services, and oil field services, among many others.

The prices listed below are intended to provide an approximate guide. The complexity, systems used, amount of transactions, and structure are all factors that can significantly affect pricing.

Tier 1

$400 - $800

Bookkeeping Only

Our most basic tier is for bookkeeping services only - posting daily transactions to the general ledger.

Tier 2

$800 - $2,000

Bookkeeping +
Back Office Support

Our next service tier is bookkeeping plus other back office functions, such as managing payroll and AP and overseeing billing and collections.

Tier 3

$1,500 - $5,000

Back Office Support +
Reporting / Taxes / Assurance

Our top tier of services includes bookkeeping, back office support, and coordination of tax, reporting and/or assurance services. This tier is commonly chosen by companies with lending requirements.
