About Finex Global

— Meet the Founders —

  • Co-Founder & CEO

A seasoned former partner at a regional CPA firm with nearly 20 years of experience, Brandon has seen a lot, to say the least. He's worked with individuals with less than $200,000 in income to companies with over $4 billion in revenue in nearly every industry, including franchisees, real estate, technology, engineering and professional services, healthcare, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and oil field services.

Brandon has gained comprehensive experience with financial reporting, internal controls and accounting processes, consolidations, mergers and acquisitions (both sides), start-ups and wind-downs, and restructuring.

Although often on the audit side of these things, he has always treated each relationship as a collaboration, and Brandon founded Finex Global on that premise - being a collaborative partner with his clients, assisting them in achieving their goals.

  • Co-Founder & COO

After spending about two years as an auditor at a Big 4 accounting firm, Nikkie left public accounting to work in corporate accounting at a publicly traded oil and gas company in Houston. She wore a number of hats in her time there, and either did or assisted with nearly every aspect of accounting and finance.

Nikkie is the type who always searches for a better way to do anything, and that showed brightly in her work. She spearheaded the corporate-wide implementation of Concur, SAP's travel and expense management solution, which included onboarding and training over 200 employees. Nikkie also helped lead a banking transition, which now saves the company millions each year.

Nikkie believes in efficiency and automation, and stays on top of all the latest technological advances that can better serve her clients. A creative thinker, she is always looking for solutions or better methods.

  • Co-Founder & CFO

Zenia brings 25 years of corporate accounting experience to Finex. As a comptroller, Zenia managed the financial operations of over fifty businesses within the group. Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, payroll, billing and collections, AP, budgeting and reporting, Zenia brings an in-depth understanding of the complexities that most companies face.

As many of the businesses within the group were franchises, Zenia has worked with EWC, Massage Envy, and Relive, among others. As the comptroller, Zenia was the righthand woman to the owner, assisting with lease negotiations, obtaining lending and managing the compliance, and the due diligence when the companies sold.

Zenia provides Finex clients with management of their financial operations through her wealth of experience, attention to detail, people management skills, and ability to multi-task and oversee dozens of companies’ operations in multiple industries.
